Dan,

     I would like to have multiple streams of income. 
Somewhere down the path when my wife and I get more $
to invest and not have to live in a windowless
basement where we are able to meet the bills and just
able to save alittle for any further investment, sure!
 I do have two questions for you.  Do you think
everybody could, if they tried, have the fortune you
speak about?  Thus, is it only a matter of wanting to
and trying to?
