[MD] Unreality of Equality

Ham and all,

     Ham said:  "It's all well and good to paint this
scenario as a lesson in Quality, and say that it's a
replacement of the "static" by the "dynamic".  But
what does that do for the hungry and destitute that
you're so concerned about?  I'm afraid that economics
is more scientific than philosophy when it comes to
predicting conditions in the "real" world, and
monetary values take higher priority when you're faced
with deprivation."

     "What does that do for the hungry..?"  I see
wisdom in this question.  It is one thing to use
Quality to clarify a situation, but once the situation
is clarified something must be done or else I don't
believe it is wise and I believe philosophy is a Way
to pick up wisdom.  Thus, if nothing is done, then no
philosophy has been actually enstated.  Philosophy is
the thought, outlined method (such as the scientific
method that is a philosophy based on what certain
philosophers think scientist do), and feeling in
science.  Science would have nothing to do with these
qualities.  Does that mean science is wrong?  No, it
is just what science does, just as math does math, not
English.

     Ham said:  "By the way, how far have you waded
into my thesis at this point?"

     I read it and have too many questions, such as
the questions that I brought forth in my last posting,
I believe, in Is Morality Innate in the Cosmos?  I
left it thinking you might have something, but what
you have now in your thesis is still raw or a little
more than a rough draft.  If you answer the questions
I had, maybe, but I don't know.

     By the way I think your last posting on the debt
in this country I am commenting upon in this posting,
was very much to the point.  It is social, but as you
stated, it is the intellect that needs valued as well.
 I have come across a lot of people in this culture
throughout my life that thought I was thinking too
deep, yet, all I did was try to discuss such things as
we do on the MOQ.
