[MD] New UK edition of LILA

Dan,

Thanks for the info. However, it's disappointing. It's a shame Pirsig 
couldn't create the covers as he wanted because of constraints placed by 
the publisher whose aim is to promote a book rather than support an 
authors creativity. There may be a time when it's common place for 
authors create a whole book and not just the words, or edited words, 
within it. Because most on MD have at least some inclinations of the MOQ 
becoming a culturally commonplace Metaphysics, would it be unreasonable 
to ask Pirsig to create covers for his two books, if he hasn't already, 
for future generations?
