Hi David

I've heard it said that a person cannot judge a book by its cover!

Seriously, the cover of a book is a marketing tool. A good cover sells
books. A book publisher better sell books or they will not be in the
publishing business long. Now, from what I've read, money wasn't the reason
Robert Pirsig wrote his books. So it seems there is a built-in conflict of
interest between the author of a book and the publisher of the book. Writing
a book and selling a book are different endeavors. Perhaps it's best to know
one's limitations.

Thanks for your comments,

Dan
