Clearly, anyone who holds the notion that the bible is a perfect guide
to anything should be in an asylum or under house arrest for their own
good. Fortunately such people seem to be in a vanishingly small
minority even amongst the practising faithful.

It is hardly an interesting or contentious point to debate IMHO.

Correct experiences influenced by waves of intellectual decisions and efforts - key word I think is effort.  Constant effort may have good decisions seem not as good as later decisions
