I think the squirrel definitely has 
quality figured out! 

Not only that, but 
the experience you had in your interaction
with the squirrel also had quality don't you 
think? 

A shared moment between you and the squirrel,
as you and the squirrel are attempting to 
outwit the other. Certainly this has quality...
no matter the intent.

    Sure, I won't see everything going on in front of
me.  I am sure you may agree, that I can ask my wife,
and if she doesn't know, then I can ask my mom, then
my co-workers, MOQers, and so on and so forth.  A lot
of it has to do with the situation, too.  You can plan
out everything and think you're real intelligent, took
all the prepared measures to keep that squirrel out of
the bag tied up in the trees.  You come back and that
squirrel is running away with a peanut, again.  I go
on thinking of what I could do next.  So I put pie
pans over the bag so the squirrel doesn't climb down
straight onto the bag.   I'm laying down by the fire
and bam!  I hear something hitting the bags way over
there.  I go with my friend with a flashlight to see
what's happening, and wow, a flying squirrel comes
down straight for my friends face, puts out its'
parachute body and curves right into the tree.  Climbs
up the tree and flies straight into the bags full of
food.  I see some peanuts falling on the ground and we
just let them go.  We were leaving the next day to go
to a cabin a days walk from any road anyways where
food will be served hot.  It's true this happened.  
     Without some practice the quality in any
endeavour may not have the quality it could have had
with attentive practice.  Sure some things are done spontaneously, and they
are of good quality, if, what you want is spontaneous quality.  So some of
this would probably be understood in the intent of any action.
