I apologize to everyone if I went off-thread.  I know in discussing V with 
Smith, I thought I was still discussing society-intellect distinctions, 
which was the original set-up of [MD] False Messiah.  Even with Scott and 
the consciousness talk I was trying to fit that in with [MD] False Messiah, 
too.  Maybe these little discussions are sub-topics of the main topic in the 
discussion.  I will try to add something next time to signify the sub-topic, 
as Smith did with adding V to [MD] False Messiah.

Thanks gents, I was going to complain and I appreciate your acknowledgement 
here. Maybe I shouldn't take it personally because its easy to go off on a 
tangent, but I can't help but notice that it almost always happens when I 
broach the topic of mysticism or anything like that. It almost seems to be a 
deliberate move. It almost feels like sabotage. It even seems that those who 
have engaged with the actual topic of the "False messiah" thread have 
intentionally missed my points and changed the subject as a means of 
evasion. Almost. (Scott and DM, I'm looking at you.) I suppose the real 
problem is just a certain kind of intellectual sloppiness or an inability to 
focus rather than mere vandalism, but the effect is pretty much the same 
either way; It wrecks the thread.
