Also, what I am arguing $ tries to make better, such
as cell phones interpersonal
communication, is something gained only because it is
being lost. Is it being lost because of $? No, but
once $ is wedged in-between all relationships of the
world, how do we unwedge it and view the world that
was here long before $ was considered the most
valuable thing that makes all happen (even the world
go round) - the view of this current culture."

You said $ is dynamic. This is my point when I
said $ is innocent. Everything is tied with dynamic
quality even chaos is. It is the value we put into $
that I am concerned with. $ hardens and staticly
defines in this culture what freedom even is. You
even made $ out to be very dynamic. Money is paper
(inorganic ink and organic wood pulp). It is a
societal concept and an intellectual concept, too.
How much of an intellectual concept I question. $ is
probably more of a societal concept since its' meaning
is generally understood as wide-spread as the giant
itself. The meaning of $ jumps political borders and
there is some intellectual, historical conceptual
understanding to that. Yet, from society to society $
is known similarly.
Yet, $ has not changed anything or does not
produce anything different. I argue $ has become a
tactic to stabilize and harden situations, such as
interpersonal communication, so chaos doesn't rip the
roots out of the giant. As I said earlier, what if $
was not available and we did not buy cell phones or
computers. Yet, we still did things as a society that
calls for these things. Are not cell phones and
computers considered communication gateways that open
up the channels of conversation and the exchange of
knowledge that in this current culture, without them,
we would become very isolated.
We are isolated due to our behaviors of leaving
the house to go to work and travel far to find the $
to get food on the table. $ and technology get us to
the moon and science understands more and more about
the world, but pragmatically speaking what do these do
for society the giant asks. These modern conveniences
were to make life easier, but actually we take more
time out of the day to survive due to the pressure
society emplaces.
It is an escalation of keeping what truly is
valuable such as interpersonal communication that $
and the technology that comes out of production tries
to keep for us. $ is seen as the savior, the bringer
of all these things, and is given such value to bring
even the voice of our mothers miles away into our
homes. Yet, if my mother and friends lived nearby in
a village why would I need a phone or computer. If
things were in such a grateful order by this powerful
tool called $, then why would I spend $ and want $ to
pay for my use on the MOQ.org to discuss solutions to
the continued isolation that $ wedges between us. At
times our real values sprout outward to hold our
spirits tightly together and we keep having to find
ways to stay together as a society.
Is it really $ doing this? As I've said, no it
is not. It is value we place in $ to solve our
problems.
