[MD] Intellectual activity

Hello,

     I really don't have a full definition of the
intellectual level, but I noticed something
interesting in Scott's passage as follows:

     "Yes, but one way to think of that interplay, in
accordance with certain mystical revelation, is that
the interplay on other levels is Intellect on other
levels (implying non-human intellect). That is,
another way of defining intellect is *as*
Dynamic/Static interplay."

     The last sentence is a very interesting
assertion.  I would say the activity of all DQ/SQ
interplay is not intellectual on the one hand, because
each of the levels has a DQ/SQ interplay.  Therefore
the DQ/SQ interplay on the biological level is
DQ/biological, and on the societal level is
DQ/societal.
     The assertion, the labeling, the naming, and the
thought into identifying DQ/SQ interplay on all levels
is intellectual.  The intellectual, I think, begins as
an individual intellecting and then later can become
society thinking as similar as the intellect of any
individual.  Since DQ is of a higher level than the
intellectual level, then DQ is beyond any assertions,
labeling, naming, and thought about DQ.  Therefore the
DQ on any level interplay is unidentifyable until the
we are able to recognize that static quality of that
level, identify it, and therefore use our intellect to
name that SQ on that particular, independent level.
     If an individual is correct in identifying a
static quality on the biological level for instance,
then this identification cannot happen without the
consent of the societal level.  Even if the individual
is correct, the correctness does not make him/her
correct, unless everybody as on some societal level
also accepts the correct identification.  This is why
the criminal and Brujo could be defined by an
individual, but if society does not define any one
person as either a criminal or Brujo then is
biological individual will stay undefined by society
and sometimes matters of taking things into ones own
hands may occur.  Any one person who goes out on a
limb to live a path undefined by the societal level
could either stay as just a person - a biological
person, or society will accept the assertions of any
individual into identifying this person out on a limb
contrary from society as either a Brujo or criminal. 
The biological contrary will not receive the
identification as a moral correctness of who he or she
is until society allows such an intellectual naming to
occur.
     The brujo or criminal can brujo or criminalize,
but this will mean nothing to society without the
intellect.  Thus the brujo or criminal could appear to
society as just a man or women without any particular
label other than the biological understanding the
society has and thus, with no label then the DQ
interplay, too.  Thus this brujo or criminal will
appear to society without any other intellectual
naming other than the biological as the following: 
biological/dynamic quality level
     Where each static level interplays with dynamic. 
Didn't I see a graph that shows this interplay
somewhere?  Where did I see this graph?  Anybody...
