Oh Boy, I need some clarification here. Are the thugs you are refering to 
the neo-cons or Bloom/Strauss?

I'm assuming you mean the former because the last line in the piece is:

"Well,  actually, I wouldn't mind having a discussion with them, because I'd 
like to
 see them make the connection between Strauss and the present 
administration.
 I don't think they could do it for a minute."
