Ayar and others,

     Ayar asked:  "But will the free-minded be
condemned to dissident status in an over populated and
over governed world?"

     This question is good.  Another spin-off question
could even be, as the population of the world grows,
does the beast run loose?  Is the will of the
intellectual level weakened by an ever-increasing
population?  I don't know if we can have the
fore-sight to see that far ahead, or are there signs
right now that give us the answers?
