Well, first off. It's a duck. If she weighs The Same as a duck, she Must be
a witch. Because it would meanshe floats, and is thus made out of wood.
Obviously.

Now as to the pertinent question. From my point of view, anything that is
being experience in the present is Dynamic, and all things that have occured
in the past and we have stored away in our mind are Static. It seems as
simple as that to me.
