Who decides what are the best "Ideas"? Who forces others to work in the
service of the best "Ideas"?

You completely misunderstand Capitalism. It is the logical extension of
individual freedom in the marketplace. No other system preserves individual
freedom. Are you against your individual freedom?

rather than leaving those resources in the hands
of those who have them for largely contingent
reasons and little idea of anything of quality to
do with them.
