[MD] No more SOM and no more money!

Hi Platt

Too much inequality for me, resulting in not
getting all the dynamic potential out of deprived
individuals that we could, we waste too much
human potential.

What we be wrong with capping inheritance?
Say you can inherit no more from your relatives
at death than $200K. And all dis-owned wealth
on death is split between foreign aid and giving
a slab of cash to all 18 year olds per year?

Can't see why children should inherit their parents
wealth?

David M
