I agree that people make all kinds of judgments, moral and otherwise, but
the morality of the knife lies in the person, not the knife. The morality of
Capitalism lies those judging, not in the system.

True enough. But one can say that a system is design by humans to accomplish
certain things. In the case of an economic system it is design to
redistribute wealth. People as units of the system respond in certain ways
based on the rules of the system and their relationship to it. One can then
judge the kind of morality the system promotes in its units. 

In the case of capitalism it is almost universally judged to promote much
undesirable behavior. As a result it is tempered by other rules which
moderate the effects of pure greed and the unrestrained application of
economic power. That is the reason as you noted a while back that pure
capitalism does not exist.
