In the MOQ, there is no distinction between morality, value, Quality and
experience. One is not based on the other. All are co-existent. Moral
distinctions come with the distinctive levels. The experience-morality-value
-Quality for gophers is not the same as the experience-morality-value-Quality
for the Giant. These moral distinctions are in a constant state of oscillation 
between cooperation and competition. The interplay of levels comprise the
moral compass Pirsig provides. In general, the higher the level, the more moral.

But, I could be wrong.
