[Micah]
"Selfless behavior" is an oxymoron. Without the "self" there can be no
"behavior". You are attempting to redefine selfishness as always negative.

[Arlo]
How do we differentiate between "negative" selfishness and positive selfishness?
What words should we use to distinguish them?

[Micah]
This an attempt to play upon peer pressure and guilt, but you should know that
will have no effect on the selfish.

[Arlo]
On the positively selfish or the negatively selfish? But, yes, I imagine that
absolving themselves of guilt is one reason selfish people cling to this
redefintion to meaninglessness. If there is no "selfishness", then I don't have
to feel bad about my selfish behavior, do I?

Let's take an example. What would you say to this?

Two men are drafted to fight in the US Army against Islamofascism. One accepts
the orders. The other flees for Canada. Are both men selfish?
