[MD] Fw: Natural or supernatural?

hi again,
maybe you didn't see my reply the last time.

the actual-possible thing:
heraclitus, some greek guy you was fond of nature,
said 'you can't step in the same river twice'. what he
was getting at was that reality is dynamic and
flowing. you can't stop the flow and rewind.

with the case of a dice or a deck of cards: you can't
re-throw the dice. once it is thrown it is thrown: THE
RESULT CAN'T BE OTHER THAN IT IS.
*** there are NO 'possible rolls that didn't become
actual'.****

this point relates very well to why some people have
trouble accepting tarot. they think card choice is
arbitrary: ie you could have chosen cards other than
the ones they did: BUT THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE. as
heraclitus might say: you can't pick any card other
than the one you did.

hope this helps
gav, crusader for the re-enchantment of the world, and
table-tennis
