Yes. Good to keep in mind if tempted to worship at the shrine of science.
Also, science attributes all sorts of magical powers to chance, like
the fact that we are here on this planet along with the birds, bees and
butterflies. IMO, chance means "I don't know and haven't the slightest
idea of how to find out." So, might as well call it God, Universal Forms,
or DQ and build a philosophy around it because uncertainty is irritating.
