[MD] Do we experience the potential future?

Hi Marsha
Here's a thought for you, a large part of talk
about god is talk about DQ but you need to
read through the personification. I recommend
you read George Steiner's Grammars of Creation
to see this. My opinion can't be wrong, unless
a recommendation like 'you can get a lot out
of poetry if you make the effort' is an opinion
that can be wrong. I can only think you misunderstand
me. In fact, I find god a useless word with too
much baggage, but those who think using it is
some kind of mistake or delusion, I oppose their
mirror image fundamentalism.
Also I think if you ignore religion you are
never going to be able to understand human culture
and history. But, you know, I just put my suggestions
forward, if they are no use to you just ignore them.
My main point is that the MOQ probably does not
do enough to look at the important presence of
the not-actual-yet-possible within experience. This
presence is a recognition of death & creation,
fear/anxiety and hope. If god & religion have not
been about the recogntion of human hopes & fears
I do not know what they are about.
If only a god could save us?
Marsha, where do you send your hopes & fears to?
David M
