Jos, David (H),

I've replied to Ant's response to David .. I won't repeat myself.

Far be it from me to suggest that debate is anything but a good thing,
but I fear debating proposed edits on here will result only in
highighting different interpretations and reaching only lowest common
denominator compromises. The idea of "high-quality concensus" is
(almost) futile. At the end of the day, editorial decisions are
needed, and need to be respected for their pragmatic reality.

Give a little thought to my suggestion.
Ian
