Hey 'all,

I think much of the high quality interaction on _Discuss comes of its
informality. There's no rigid hirearchy, no politics beyond the personal; a
diversity that makes the discussions lively and stimulating. There is no
"authorized view," no vested cannon... just a whole bunch of people with
ideas screaming in one another's faces (so to speak).

If a good thing ain't broke, please for God's sake don't go around trying to
fix it.

I suggest we take the month of October to post our Letters on _Focus... no
commenting on them, just posting. Does anybody have ideas as to what we
should do with said essays after they get posted? I think we're all
brainstorm-oriented people, this should be easy ;)

See you at the finish line,
Rebecca
