Well I would substitute "Intellectual" with "TV and Madison Ave."

Start fresh. People will have to what they believe is good, not what they
are told is good. Once the propaganda machine shuts up, then they can
think for themselves and save themselves.

Remember, you are saving the biological and social, you don't' have
anarchy. It's the inner core that is coming from inside  not form the
outside.

Once the foxes become in charge of the hen house, the only reform is to
get rid of all the foxes.
