[MD] guidebook/primer

Hi Marsha

Perhaps we need more of an advert than a primer?
To fulfill the purpose of this project without imposing artificial
constraints on it we just need something that sums up the key feeling or
sense of the MOQ. It must lead people in, grab their attention and make them
decide to go read the extensive material already available.

Having no such primer seems like saying that those who can't be bothered to
read three books, a phd thesis, and spend six months corresponding with us
lot, somehow have no right to know about it?

Say you want to explain the MOQ to someone who has no knowledge of it, but
you are keen that they become interested, the description you give must not
be overly provocative, nor can it be boring, it must be succinct enough to
hold their interest but involved enough to convey the key concepts.

Right now this does not exist and I routinely fail to provide it for people
who ring me up saying "Jos, I just googled your name for a laugh, what the
F$%^ are you guys on about?". Of course I can tell them about my own
understanding, but since we all disagree, there are no doubt those who would
feel as a community, misrepresented by my summary.
