Hi Mark,

Yes, I agree that Ant's PhD is an excellent adjunct to the MOQ, and 
there are other papers and letters too that are most helpful.  I 
think all a primer needs to state is Thou Are That.  And maybe a 
suggestion to reread the both ZMM and LILA.
