Hi Ian,

Maybe one of the pharmaceutical companies will develop a meditation 
pill. ;-)

Mindfullness is a hoot.  There is nothing more hysterically funny 
than to watch the mind at work.  If you do, you'll be less likely to 
ever trust it again.  RMP developed the MOQ.  RMP suggested Steve 
Hagen's book, 'Buddhism Plain and Simple'.  Daaa.  Honestly, it's a 
short, concise, elegant little book that get's straight to the 
point.  Further, I just downloaded it to my IPOD, and it's read by 
Steve Hagen.  He speaks Plains speak.  It's in every way a perfect book.
