Actually, that has no real relation to logic at all as far as I know. It's a
mathematical proof, and thus has a boolean value of flat out true. But it
itself is not a logical statement.
The proof that 1+1=2 is actually a full page of surprisingly complex math.
Not having the wherewithal to get the proof in it's whole, I pretty much
take it on faith that they're right. It works for me.
I'm not young, and I've have seen and been in many boxes built by others;

I am all for building your own box! Believe me. I promise, I'm on your side,
I get what your saying, and frankly agree with most of it. I'm just saying
there are other boxes, just as true, just as interesting, and just as valid
as yours. There's, in fact, a monumental amount of these boxes! And each one
is True. If I can't interest you in a trapdoor, how about some windows and
doors? You could set yourself up with a whole Suite of boxes.
Being in only one box seems so... limiting.
