Arlo,

     At face value, I agree completely, and find this
approach to be awesome.  Thinking for oneself.  Wow,
what will they think of next, maybe a whole population
that thinks for itself and governs its' own.  A
independent society, full of individuals, taking care
of the local and pulling together when times are tough
on the national scale.  But that would be too daring,
too free, too much independence, we need somebody to
take care of everything for us.  So when the elections
come, we want somebody that will, well, the usual
topics are build our economy and jobs, and then
there's always that new side issue that comes up. 
This time around it's Iraq.  So, we need these people
in Washington, right?  Well, I'm not going to ramble
anymore.
