     Isn't Mind pre-intellectual and a static pattern,
thus, we define Mind, as you have done by saying,
"...MIND is a constellation of patterns of quality." 
Thus, mind, for you, has been a constellation of
patterns of quality, you've just defined it so.  Yet,
as a reality (a quality) mind is undefined, always, as
well.  Thus, it is always pre-intellectual and we may,
if we want to, keep defining it, again, and again, and
again.  I don't really want to, so, I notice that
there is much more than mind to this
pre-intellectualizing that we may, again,
intellectualize, socialize, etc... constantly noticing
static patterns, if we value such an endeavor.  I
really don't since I also recognize the dq side to all
this.
