I will have to get back to you on the specific examples as I have given off 
my copy of Lila last week.   My question is not specifically about what was 
said, rather, what others say about MOQ?  It seems there should have been 
more acknowledgement.

How is MOQ attacked, as a theory, by those in the social sciences so far?
