Here's the relevant quote from Arlo:

[Arlo]
"Platt attempts ridicule by suggesting I'd favor optional full nudity in public.
I'm indifferent to it."

Since public nudity consists of only two possibilities -- female and male bodies --
it's eminently reasonable to conclude that Arlo is indifferent to female bodies.
Of course, if you believe words don't mean things . . .  Maybe Arlo really
means he has absolutely no sexual interest in the female body. Not that there's
anything wrong with that. :-)
