OK, so how do I ensure that I get line breaks instead of this annoying
run-on stuff.

Trying to format text for this thing is even more frustrating than some of
the posts. You have to use plain text. Period. But some e-mail clients
insert annoying line breaks and some don't. Some writers care about this and
some don't. As a result there are all these chopped up lines. With > all
over. The website seems to use them for some sort for color coding. If you
write in Word with the paragraph marks turned on you can usually at least
see were the extra line breaks are remove them if you want. 

In short I have tried all sorts of things with mixed results and have found
that more often than not reformatting many of these ideas is more difficult
than refuting them.

But it someone has a really easy solution I would love to hear it.
