Ok, I saw it as a degeneration, also.

Yes, where their hopes lie, but they forget their
hopes soo fast. A lot of times it's boredom and the
celebrity act, putting on a show for others. Some
wake up sooner or later, but when they go home, the
conditions are the same and they go back to
misbehaving quite a bit. This program tries to meet
with the parents and the parents have to comply with
certain steps involved in the program as well, but in
time, both sides realize they have to put on this nice
face mask, yet, when they get home the old habits
don't change very well. The social skills, the
communication skills are just rotted so much at times
they depend on the placement to guide them, but they
can't do it on their own.

Who are the charges and how are they messed up?
As to career change, I recently was able to fit my 40
hours into 3 days a week, and now I can watch and be
with my month old son while he grows up; and I get
time away from that place and be in these quiet woods
more often.
