Yes, good question.
Ant did say on his site he was posting a copy, but I think he only put
up his own summary so far ?
(I'm pretty certain I preserved my own off-line copy, so I could post
somewhere if useful, or at least send you a copy. The copy I linked to
on my own site, the copy at Philosophers Magazine, seems to be dead. A
job for this evening.)
