Tao abides in non-action,
Yet nothing is left undone.
Once the whole is divided, the parts need names.
The Tao is forever undefined.
Reading this thread along with the alien post of binary comunication
left me with this unformed idea that perhaps someone can run with or
just blow holes in so here it goes, I see the PC as sort of a working
model of the universe, binary as a metaphor for endless patterns
Of 1's and 0's defining particular items like particles and space
"patterns of something and nothing- action and non-action"" when I
thought of this and applied It to certain passages in the tao te ching,
the simple use of 0 to define nothing is a quandery what is zero?
And by that logic does 0+1=2? And where does the quantum string theory
fit into this? Is space(zero?)...is space made of "something"?
. Or am I descibing "absolute zero".
Anyone?
