I do not think it is moral to give the protections of our constitution
to those who try to destroy it. Rather it is moral to kill or capture
in war enemies of the constitution like Nazis, Communists,
Islamofascists and tin-horn South American and African dictators who
have no concept of the high morality of individual-intellectual rights.
