You are right on the money

Unfortunately taking care of domestic issues does not score points with
the public and the politicians.

I live in California, and our gang problem is rearing its ugly head gain.
We had it under control, but these things go in cycles.

They keep speaking of terrorism. Her is a fact to chew on.

According to a story on 20/20 last year, about 50,000 young women get
abducted and broken in to become prostitutes each year in the US of A.

That's about a quarter million since the 9/11 attack.
Where is homeland security????????????????????

That's just one of the issues. Retirement plans that are going bankrupt,
medical care that is out of reach and so on.

I hope I am wrong. But I don't see a pretty picture ahead.
