That's why his thesis is not only incomplete, as
he says, due to his own incompleteness, but it's a no
wonder I've felt as if I've walked in circles, lost in
the woods, with him. I'm sure I've been over the same
ground with him, thinking we solved some issues, but
he'll come back and say this ground is different and
we need some clarification. I say the clarification
is - this is earth with a sky - we are here. Yet, we
miss what this earth brings to our attention when we
block out what is charging full horn at us when those
crickets play music and moonlight shines in the night.
We begin to not have so much brought to our
attention. Yet, our attention, our focus demands this
much to be brought to our attention or we get
distracted and lose interest. Our attention needs the
integrity this earth and sky support. So when we
begin to miss what the woods bring to our attention we
produce all these constructs in our head, to plug up
the holes and fill in the gaps in our lives.
