3.  If one cannot own the profit of this effort, then one cannot support his

without the right to property.

I'm fine with this argument if property is limited in scope.  A society with 
no right to property is problematic, since you can't live if you don't ever 
get to own food.  But when property comes to mean the sum of all one 
produces, 3 becomes false.  There's no reason why people who are taxed at 
25% cannot support their own lives.  Or wealthy people taxed at 90%.

I'm not saying this is a good thing to do; I just don't think this argument 
makes a sufficient case for why it's not.
