hey dan,
yeah i know the quote and i took you at your meaning
rather than words.

sorry i missed your question but i guess that just
illustrates my point: i haven't the time nor energy to
wade through multiple 15k posts which are 90% a
rehashing of previous posts and ideological positions.

from your many years of work on this stuff i know that
you are coming from a good place dan. i am not trying
to suppress disagreement or opinion...perhaps i did
come over a bit holier-than-thou.

i would like to see some progress though. really. if
you get the MOQ and realise the potential power of
this stuff then great let's start fleshing it out and
applying it. for those out there that don't then i
recommend you read 'the guidebook to ZAMM'by ron di
santo and tom steele (*as well as pirsig's books of
course; ant's is very good too), before jumping on the
discussion and trying to 'compete' with pirsig.

i get frustrated when i see neo-luddites like DMB
spending hours tapping away explaining points and
errors to folk, over and over again, when this stuff
should be basic to the MOQ.

i guess what may be required is another forum in which
we can collectively construct an MOQ primer that
really kicks some ass, and helps alleviate a lot of
what i see as wasted energy. i have already raised
this point with Horse.

gav
ps what was your Q dan?
