This comment of yours is referring to the hearsay
of Christ, in your discussion with Case and dmb. Yet,
the focus on the human being Christ, though not
dangerous and stimulating depending on the mood, might
be getting in the Way here to the experience of
Christ, which encompasses not just human beings, but
the world, too. This is called experience. So
hearsay or not, the power (mana) of Christ is this
gathering force that many have followed and tried to
experience. It is the impediments throughout history,
to these efforts of experiencing Christ that has
carved revolutions. In Pirsigian terms, in the end it
is the slowing of the flow, the continual latching,
the karma dumps (ch. 32; Lila) the static patterns
that beaver dams the eventual, which is change, thus,
the tie to dynamic quality in a world circulating
good, a world flowing quality.
