I'm not sure what you mean. According to law, anyone incarcerated is given food,
shelter and health-care. I'm sure if for some reason the "millionaire" was
unable to arrange food, the state would provide it.

Most states (if not all) provide a small daily stipend (compensation) for jury
duty. In addition, your employer is asked to allow you to have time off. If it
meant financial hardship, you can ask to be excused.
