Platt has yet to answer the question. Is it "immoral" to force someone at the
point of a gun to support the military? To fund public parks? The police?
Libraries? Are all these things immoral and a threat to liberty?

Capital punishment offers no greater protection or deterrent than lifetime
incarceration. It runs the risk of killing innocent people. And it evidences
the prejudices of the larger society.

As if Arlo and his fellow libs in academia have no prejudices. Duke rape case,
anyone?

What? You take some strange tangents, amigo. It is clearly shown that a
disproportionate number of minorities are executed when compared to the
proportion that are found guilty of crimes. I guess it doesn't matter, though.
