Kevin,
This Rounding function is indicitive of the process by which we
understand reality. 
we can't grasp Quantum subatomic reality because we can not simplify it
into absolutes, 
it is, in effect, in the realm of the lost round variables, chaotic and
random.
things at this level of reality refuse to be simplified and generalized
because they 
"are" objective simplification. the limit of the round is useless on it.
because it 
deals with the unknowable random variables that subconscious
simplification just filters
out conventionally. thus it appears as unconventional and
uncomprehensable and have nothing 
in our experience to relate it to.

In effect Quantum reality is in our blind spot of perception.
