It is not that I view previous efforts so negatively it is rather pointing
out that there is a tendency, of which you may or may not have followed, in
which people narrowly look at the issues with a broader context and
requiring a broader understanding of what is involved. Such an approach of
narrow views is bound to failure in any true results of change.  I doubt my
conversation and view had anything to really do with any decline with any
participation in the process. But as you suggest you wish to pass the touch,
I would suggest that is only passing the buck.

Since you view my previous efforts negatively I decline you invitation and
