     Ian, David,

It depends on what "non-involvement" means. I
mean that's pretty extreme. I don't vote. I don't
vote due to the choices. Yet, I'm smack dab in the
middle of social issues. The heart of where social
degeneration is taking place, yet, the choice for
social generation is still possible. I'm in the
middle of where these events of change for the better
or worse are happening. I don't think that means I'm
'not involved'.

SA

P.S. I'm hearing now about some of the residents that
have left. No news is good news. Some of the news,
thus degenerative news, I'm hearing is two (living in
different locations) became prostitutes and started
doing different kinds of drugs. Another immediately
became pregnant. Some boys sexually offended. These
are some of the recent summer leaves that are now back
in the system. It's sad what happens back at home
with some of these teenagers. They go home and their
safety net is non-existent.
