Platt,

The use of prisons, guns, police and the military has increased since 
LILA was published.  Has there been an improvement 'in controlling 
the ocean of biological quality'?  Do you still think the 
Intellectuals are battling social restraints and ignoring biological 
patterns?  Are you suggesting more State control?  How are you 
interpreting RMP's statement?

How would you define the basic and natural state of a human?   BTW, 
which particular biological patterns need to be 
controlled?  Violence?  Breathing?  Digestion?  Sex?  Dancing? 
Eating?  Heart rate?
