     Are the four levels to be evolutions structure? 
Thus, inorganic first, organic second, and so forth. 
If so, then inorganic does come before ideas even on
this macro-scale.  It is quality first, then static
patterns.  That was the first split.  I believe we
once called that the first MoQ principle.  Quality
splitting into dynamic and static.
