If it was obvious I wouldn't have asked the question. To say that a 
question is twisted and deceitful and vile talk-radio rhetoric (which you 
have never defined) is itself twisted and deceitful. Nor do I agree with 
your follow up statement that "competence of many blacks is not a factor
in their success," suggesting  many blacks who are successful are not 
competent.

It means human nature is what it is. And what's this about a "fair 
chance?"

Blacks lack the power? Yeah, right. I know blacks who have been promoted 
over whites simply because of their skin color. Yes, such racism does 
alter lives.

To treat the poor with compassion and assistance, blacks or otherwise,  is to
imply that they can't help themselves. That may make you feel good but 
it's a huge slap in the face to the supposed victim. It's exactly that 
sort of  holier-than-thou attitude that breeds resentment and largely 
accounts for the utter failure of government handouts and welfare programs 
to alleviate poverty.
