Is 2) = 2') Nothing differentiates anything that exists.
If not, why formulate 2) in this way?

Such a cosmology is justified by its explanatory value. In order to have explanatory value, it must be understood.  Is there anyone else who understands your cosmology (or any part of it.)?  If not, I would starts its justification there.
